Any White Horse Park (WHP) Owner in good standing can submit, sign, and vote on a proposed amendment to the WHP By-Laws. Visit the -> Governing Documents webpage for full details. Once there, please review page 15, Article XIII of the Park's By-laws. *New for 2024: A Board of Directors letter pertaining to Owner property situated on White Horse Park Common Ground. Seasonal Occupancy - Strictly Enforced - ZS-1-318 Letter From Worcester County Sep 8 2022 concerning ZS-1-318

ZS-1-318 Section D (j) stipulates that Units or sites in a campground subdivision shall be occupied only on a seasonal basis and shall not be occupied as a place of primary residence or domicile. Between September 30 of each year and April 1 of the succeeding year, units or sites shall not be occupied for more than thirty consecutive days or an aggregate of sixty days. Any condominium declaration or declaration of restrictions of a homeowners' association shall include language providing for such limited occupancy. NEW * Renting your unit

If you are renting your unit, you must get a County permit. There is also a WHP fee of $200.00, and 2 additional Gate Cards must be purchased. Stop by office for more information.
