If you are renting your unit: The annual WHP Fee is $200 and 2 additional Gate Entry Cards must be purchased at $20.00 each. All Rental forms may be downloaded and printed. Certain documents require you to submit information to the office. You may email, paper mail or drop off to the office. Find Rental Unit Information and Registration forms HERE. The office is your 1st point of contact. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. 2021 Package Delivery Policy:For the safety of the community, the Board has decided to make package deliveries to the office. Delivery trucks such as FedEx, Amazon, and USP will no longer be driving through the community. Pool HoursOpen Memorial Day to Labor Day WeekendSunday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PMFriday & Saturday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM CABLE Invoices: Cable invoices will be emailed and paper (USPS) mailed. You may pay in two payments of $226.87 - Due May 1st & Oct. 1st or the full (annual) amount of $453.74 due May 1st.
