If you are renting your unit: The annual WHP Fee is $200 and 2 additional Gate Entry Cards must be purchased at $20.00 each) ...Please scroll down to see all rental documents and requirements. All forms may be downloaded and printed for you to use. Certain documents require you to submit information to the office. You may email, paper mail or drop off to the office.

For the safety of the community, the Board has decided to make package deliveries to the office. Delivery trucks such as FedEx, Amazon, and USP will no longer be driving through the community. CABLE Invoices: Cable invoices have been emailed and paper mailed. You may pay in two payments of $207.89 - May 1st & Oct. 1st or the full (annual) amount of $415.78 due May 1st.
